Listed below is the calendar of meetings for the Long Island Rail Road Commuters Council (LIRRCC), the Metro-North Railroad Commuter Council (MNRCC), and the New York City Transit Riders Council (NYCTRC). The three councils meet jointly at quarterly PCAC Meetings.

PCAC, MNRCC, and NYCTRC meetings are held from Noon to 2:00 PM. LIRRCC meetings are from 12:15 to 2:00 PM. Check the meeting agenda for location.
